Project Health Check - this is a point in time health check of
the project. It can be a precursor to project recovery services
or a due-diligence review at an appropriate delivery point in
the project. |

Project Kick-start – provides you with project initiation and
planning services. This is typically used when our client is
using their own project manager or a 3rd party to manage the
technology project but need assistance with project startup
activities. It allows you to establish a solid foundation.

Project Monitor – this provides a tailored project management
strategy to assist and compliment the client’s existing project
management capabilities. In this role our project managers take
on a consultative role, assisting and mentoring the clients
project manager during project execution. Often in this role our
project managers will form part of project steering committee.

Service Provider Reviews – this is where we form part of
the client’s internal project team and are responsible for
monitoring and reporting on service providers performance. We
can use our extensive experience in implementing technology
projects to provide an unbiased opinion to our clients on the
service provider performance. The review can be a point in time
or part of a continuous management strategy during a service
provider project implementation. Our project managers have
proven experience in assisting our clients engage with third
